*Leibel was raised in Houston, Texas, where his parents served as Chabad directors at Texas A&M University. In 2025, he accepted a rabbinical internship at Chabad of Bondi Beach, Australia, helping lead programs for youth, teens, and young adults. On December 14, 2025, while directing Chabad of Bondi’s Chanukah by the Sea celebration, Leibel found himself at the center of a devastating terrorist attack. In the midst of the chaos, he chose courage over fear, a decision that would forever change his life. Having survived the attack and the loss of his beloved mentor, Rabbi Eli Schlanger, Leibel now shares a powerful message of faith, resilience, and Jewish pride with audiences around the world. Blending live music with personal storytelling, inspires audiences to face adversity with strength, embrace their identity with confidence, and discover meaning even in life’s most difficult moments.
