Entry is free.
Teams are co-ed and open to all ages, with a minimum of five players and up to 20 players and alternates on the roster. Five players take the field at a time, and no running is required.

Completed team rosters are due Wednesday, October 21.
After registering, you will receive the Team Packet with tournament information, rules and the roster form.
